Hi friends! It's been a while since my last post and I've missed writing to you all so much. Today we're going to touch up on mental health during stressful times because that's what I've been dealing with recently and I think it's important. Although it may not sound like a lot, I am graduating high school, transitioning jobs, beginning therapy, moving further into a relationship, and finishing college classes as well. I've been a little busy, and I get stressed really easily when things start to pile up. My hands shake constantly, I forget to eat, I let go of my finances and splurge on things I don't need, and I completely stop taking care of myself. On top of that, the lazy days that are supposed to be relaxing stress me out more because I'm not getting anything done or making progress and I just want to curl up under the covers and cry.
