8 Tips to a Better Daily Life

Honestly? I absolutely love my life. Almost everyday of it I do my best to enjoy to the fullest. I loveeee how I'm living currently. Do I still have some toxic traits and habits that bring me down? Hell yea! Everyone does! But regardless, life is amazing.      This is recent though! I used to dread getting up in the morning. I used to groan about work and I complained about school every day. I grew to love and enjoy my life and it took some serious sacrifices. I had to let go of a guy who I thought I wanted to marry, I had to stop taking a medicine that I'd been on for months, and I had to make some crazy life changes.      Today, I'm writing this blog to hopefully guide you into loving your life as well, but be prepared to make some sacrifices along the way. 1. Find your priorities      Somethings are worth our effort, energy, and stress and others just aren't. Growing up, I was always told that school is your number one ...

Recovering After a Breakup

Breakups absolutely suck. That's just the truth. Trust me, I have had my share of bad relationships, break ups, rebounds, and complete heartbreak. Due to my experiences, I feel as though I am able to provide you with a little guidance on how to move on based on what's helped me.     First, I will provide a little background to stabilize my opinion. My most recent relationship was fine I guess...he just wasn't the person that I wanted to commit to spending the rest of my life with, so I ended it. Before that, I was stuck as the side chick in a long distance relationship and as much as I wanted to leave, the guy would threaten with suicide, so I was unable to until I dmed his girlfriend so that my part in the relationship could end. Before him, I was in an abusive relationship with a guy who ended up ghosting me. And in my first relationship, I was cheated on at least seven times.     To say the least, I've had my share of good and bad an...

Life can get straight up boring. I know that isn't a fun way to look at things, but it's so true. I have listed a ton of hobbies below for you to try and linked a general page on how to get started below. I hope you have a blast reading it and find one or even a few things to interrupt your daily habits. 1. Art!     Oh? You said you're not good at art? Lies! 10 Life Changing Habits to Start

Sometimes, the life we have simply does not feel like the life we should be having. Working 8-5 five days a week and then cleaning on the weekends just doesn't feel like what we should be doing. It just doesn't feel like living .     These ten tips are ones that I have personally applied to my life that have helped me feel more alive and productive while lifting my mood, bettering my day, and giving me lots of fun energy. 1. Detoxify your life     Just like you detox your body of harmful chemicals and bad foods, sometimes we have to detox our daily lives of things that are potentially or proven to be bad for us. This isn't an entirely fun or exciting process, but being around negative things or people can ultimately be part of the reason we have bad days and a negative view on life.  Some things I removed in my life detox Watching the News Unsupportive, immature, or negative friends, family, or coworkers Foods and drinks that make me feel gross Neg...

Understanding Your Worth

This specific thing is something that was extremely difficult for me. I liked to place my worth in other people and let them decide it for me, never truly giving myself the love and attention that I deserve. Even still, I allow people to treat me less than I'm worth at times. I have come to the point though, when I start to just get to the point of exhaustion, I leave.   I'm practicing this today. I try to practice this a lot of days, but today is important.      What makes this part of life difficult is not knowing your worth in the first place. How exactly do you know your worth though? How do you discover the worth of something with no price tag or label? 1. Decide who you want to be     Okay, this one is a little confusing but must absolutely be the first step. It doesn't mean your final occupation, location, or anything of that sort. It's literally who you want to be on the inside and outside.       I decided that...

Exister?

First, allow me to introduce myself. It might answer some of your questions. My name is Alexis Rayne and I am choosing to label myself as an exister.  At seventeen, I have decided that I have no clue what to do with my life, parts of a college degree, and a nearly full time job. I am a high school senior, a worker, and that is the base definition of myself.      Upon understanding this knowledge, I decided that it was simply not enough. I am a child living an adults life and that is simply unacceptable.  I've spent the past few weeks deleting YouTube videos, trying to start new things, and constantly looking for a new addition that allowed me to feel like a kid again with minimal sacrifices. Finally, I began messaging small businesses, correcting my social media, and concluding a path for myself to take.      I've decided to become an influencer. Not of brands or products specifically, nor of any specific niche. I want to be ...
